Dues Collection


Keep our neighborhood looking great and finances in the black by paying your association dues today.


Association dues are requested by April 6, 2018.  In 2017, 104 of a total 131 households paid (thank you!).  With approximately 27 households outstanding, that means nearly 20% of our neighborhood has not participated and the association has more than $2,000 less for maintenance of landscaping, implementation of improvements, and coverage of administrative expenses. While association dues are optional, Farmington Woods needs your support in order to stay vibrant. If you have yet to submit your dues, please do so now by mailing the attached form and your check to Farmington Woods/Woodlands Homeowners Association, PO Box 274, East Amherst, NY 14051. Board Meetings


See below for a recap of the last Farmington Woods Homeowners Association Board of Directors Meeting held on April 26, 2017.

1)Dues: Association Dues should be in. Please get your dues in as soon as possible. Landscaping and improvements to the neighborhood can't take place without your dues. Mail to Farmington Woods/Woodlands Homeowners Association, POBox 274, East Amherst, NY 14051. 


2)Directory: The neighborhood directory is back! We anticipate delivering the directories the end of June. If you want to be in the directory, you must pay your dues and notify us as to what you want listed. NO DUES, NO DIRECTORY. ALSO, if you have a service that you would like listed(i.e. Babysitting, lawn cutting,etc), please get us that information. Directory inquiries can be directed to Lori Johnson at


3)Landscaping: Various improvements are in the works, including painting of front gates and plantings on Woodland Court;


4)Website: We have a resident who has volunteered to create a website for our neighborhood. More info as it becomes available;


5)Speed/stop sign issue: Continued problem with speeding motorists and disregarding stop signs in our neighborhood was discussed and it was decided that a letter will be sent to the town seeking help in addressing this issue;


6)Garage Sale: A new date is being considered for the neighborhood sale. More info to follow;


7)Board Officers: We continue to have vacancies on the board and need everyone to consider taking a position (no long term contract required!);


8)Picnic Date: MARK YOUR CALENDARS September 17th at Meadowlake's park. More info to follow.
